through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time
of interview.
The number of posts indicated above, may vary based on the actual

reasons and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Candidates will be required to produce original SSLC mark sheets, mark

verification at the time of written test / interview.

BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate.
Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. BEL reserves
the right to debar / disqualify any candidates at any stage of the
selection process for any reason what so ever.
Age / Experience indicated above may be relaxed for deserving
candidates at the discretion of the Management.
Outstation candidates will be reimbursed II class to and fro train
fare by the shortest route (from their correspondence address) for
attending interview.

All About JEE (Advanced) - 2013: Syllabus and Previous Papers and Important Dates

All the candidates aspiring to take admission in the undergraduate programmes at IITs and ISM Dhanbad, for the year 2013 will have to appear in the Paper-1 of JEE (Main) - 2013, which will be conducted by JEE Apex Board during the month of April, 2013 (both online and offline). After the declaration of the scores of JEE (Main) - 2013, the top 1,50,000 candidates (including all categories) are required to register online at http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in to appear for the JEE (Advanced) – 2013. A fee of Rs.1800/- (Rs.900/- for SC, ST, PD and no fee for all female candidates) has to be deposited between 8th and 13th May, 2013  in any branch of State Bank of India having Core Banking Services.

The last date to register for JEE (Advanced) - 2013 (along with the required information and applicable fee) is 13th May, 2013.

MBA Admissions:GMAT exam becoming more popular worldwide...!

The number of MBA aspirants taking the GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test) has gone up by 11 percent in the past one year, reports CSR

According to a press statement released on 24th September, 2012, GMAT exam volume for the 2012 testing year (01st July, 2011 to 30th June, 2012), was up 11 percent from the 2011 testing year.  This was also 8 percent higher than the previous record of 265,613 in 2009

Indian citizens, the third-largest citizenship groups, took 30,213 GMAT exams, a figure that increased 19 percent in 2012

UGC NET JRF Exam June 2012 Category-wise Qualifying Criteria for Lectureship Eligibility in UGC-NET held on 24th June 2012 by University Grants Commission for Jr. Research Fellowship and eligibility 2012.

Criteria for Awarding Junior Research Fellowships Out of the 43957 candidates qualified for Lectureship eligibility (including JRF), 29780 candidates had applied for JRF, while the slots available for JRF are 3200. These 3200 fellowships have to be distributed among the 29780 candidates who come under the consideration zone for JRF. In order to restrict the number of JRF awardees to around 3200, a

ICET Counseling 2012 Web Options and Seat Allotment Dates
ICET 2012 Counseling dates have been announced by Andhra Pradesh State
Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The ICET web counseling 2012 for
admission to MBA and MCA programmes in University, aided and unaided
colleges in Andhra Pradesh will commence from 12th October 2012.
Following are details of certificate verification, exercise of web
options and seat allotments.

Dates for ICET Web Counseling 2012:

1) Certificate Verification at Helpline centers: 12th October - 17th
October 2012
2) Exercise of Web Options: 15th October - 18th October 2012
3) Change of web options: 19th October 2012
4) Allotment of seats: 21st October 2012.

ICET Web Counseling camp officer Raghunath has informed that ICET 2012
qualified candidates can attend for certificate verification at the
respective helpline center allotted to them as per their ranks. Web
options can be exercised from the website apicet.nic.in .

released notification for various posts like Helper, Trackman etc.
There are 2461 vacant posts in SE Railway. Other details like Age
limit, Qualification, selection procedure are given below:

Educational Qualification : 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent. Candidates
who are appearing at and/or awaiting results of final
examination of class 10th on the last date of of application
are not eligible to apply. Academic qualification must be from a
recognized Educational Institution / Board/University, otherwise
candidature shall be rejected. Candidates having higher
educational qualification may also apply.
Age Limit : 18 – 33 years as on 01.01.2013 (Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 yrs
; OBC – 3 yrs)

Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on MERIT only. First
there will be Written Examination. Candidates to a limited extent, in
order of merit, out of those who obtained the prescribed minimum pass
marks in Written Examination will be called for Physical Efficiency
Test (PET). Those who will qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test
(PET) will have to go through the original document verification.
Candidates who will found eligible after Physical Efficiency Test
(PET) will be called for Medical Examination of relevant standard as
shown against each category of post at Page-1 of this notification.
There will be no interview.

Syllabus for Examination : The question paper for the written
examination shall be based on Class 10th standard consisting of
multiple choice objective type questions aimed to assess General
Knowledge/Awareness, Mathematics and Reasoning etc. There will be no
question for checking proficiency in language. Questions will be in
Hindi, English, Oriya, Urdu and Bengali.

Examination fee : Rs.40/- For General and OBC Candidates (NO Fee for
SC/ST/Women/PH/minorities and economically backward classes
having income less than Rs 50,000/‐ p.a) – The Examination fee
should be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft from State Bank Of
India or any other Nationalized Bank or crossed IPO from any Post
Office drawn in favour of the "FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11
Garden Reach Road , Kolkata-700043 payable at "KOLKATA".

RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALIST CADRE OFFICERS IN STATE BANK GROUP 2012

A) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE : The qualification prescribed for various
posts are the minimum. Candidates must possess the qualification and relevant full time
post qualification experience as on 01.10.2012.
CA candidates engaged in their own practice are advised to submit sworn affidavit
on stamp paper showing period of post qualification experience, if called for interview.
B) AGE LIMIT : The minimum age limit for the posts is 21 yrs. Candidates born on or after
01.10.1991 are not eligible to apply.
C) RELAXATION IN UPPER AGE LIMIT :
1) SC/ ST candidates by 5 years; SC/ST - PWD candidates by 15 years.
2) OBC candidates by 3 years ; OBC - PWD candidates by 13 years ; Gen - PWD
candidates by 10 years.
3) Ex-servicemen, Commissioned Officers including those ECOs/SSCOs who have
rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of
assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year
from the last date of receipt of application) otherwise than by way of dismissal or
discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable
to military service or on invalidment :
a) by 5 years for selection through written test and interview
b) by 3 years plus period of service in Armed Forces for selection through interview only

4) Person domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980
