3. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) : 76 posts, Qualification : BE (Mechanical) or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering
4. Junior Engineer (Civil) : 27 posts, Qualification : three years Diploma in Civil Engineering 
5. Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 39 posts, Qualification : three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering 
6. Junior Engineer (Mechanical) : 46 posts, Qualification : three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
