CEEP 2011 Results and Web Counseling Schedule for Polytechnic Admissions

CEEP 2011 (Common Entrance Examination for Admission into Polytechnics) Results will be announced between 13-16 May 2011. CEEP is the entrance examination intended for 10th Class / SSC passed students for admission into polytechnic courses in Andhra Pradesh. There are about 64,500 seats available in AP in various Government and Private polytechnic colleges. Official website for CEEP is www.apceep.nic.in OR sbtetap.gov.in . The CEEP 2011 exam was conducted on 30th May 2011 across the state. About 2,23,880 students appeared for the exam conducted in 571 centers. Secretary of Technical education and Training D. Venkateswarlu announced that the CEEP 2011 results will be announced within 15 days after the exam date. Detailed counseling schedule also will be announced at that time. Seat allotments for CEEP 2011 qualified candidates will be through Web Counseling to be held during June 2011. Candidates have to attend for Certificate verification at Help Line Centers before exercising web options for courses and colleges. List of Help Line Centers, and Schedule for Certificate verification and Counseling and allotment of seats will be displayed on dteap.ac.in. AIEEE 2011 Key

AIEEE 2011 Key, Results, Cut Offs, Score Cards and CCB Web Counseling

AIEEE 2011 Results will be announced on 7th June 2011 after 11 AM. The Result of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) will be made available on the websites cbseresults.nic.in OR ccb.nic.in OR aieee.nic.in. The AIEEE 2011 Key / solved paper / answers for chemistry, maths and physics, Rank predictions and Results may also be displayed on popular websites such as careerpoint.com / tcyonline.com / icbse.com / sakshieducation.com / fiitjee.com / learnhub.com / eenadu.net / www.narayanagroup.com / www.narayanadelhi.com etc. AIEEE 2011 score cards will be sent to candidates between 13-06-2011 to 30-06-2011. Candidates can also get duplicate score cards on request after paying the fee of Rs. 50/-. Duplicate score cards will be issued / dispatched between 08-07-2011 to 30-09-2011. Eligible marks for various categories for admission to AIEEE 2011 counseling are given below for B.E./ B.Tech. and B.Arch./ B.Planning courses. 

1. General Category Candidates: 55 Marks
2. OBC Category candidates: 33 Marks
3. SC/ ST/ ALL PH candidates: 20 Marks

CCB will conduct centralized web counseling through ccb.nic.in or aieee.nic.in for AIEEE 2011 qualified candidates. Central Counseling Board (CCB) will announce the procedure for counseling. AIEEE 2011 Key for Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Architecture etc subjects will be made available on websites like aieee.nic.in OR cbseresults.nic.in . Key for AIEEE 2011 will also be displayed on coaching centers websites.

The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) 2011 was deferred by a few hours on Sunday (1st May 2011) after the Uttar Pradesh STF clued-up the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) that the question paper of the prestigious entrance exam had been leaked. Uttar Pradesh Special DGP (Law and Order) Brij Lal informed the media that the leaked question paper was recovered by STF officials from Lucknow. It was being sold for up to Rs 6 lakhs in the market as per the DGP of UP. AIEEE 2011 will be held on 8th May 2011 for those candidates appearing for AFMC exam to be held on 1st May 2011.


The AIEEE 2011 exam is for admission to BE/ B.Tech. / B.Arch / B. Planning courses and is held in two parts. The first paper is intended for Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) courses and the second paper is for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has postponed the first part to 12 noon from the scheduled 9.30 AM. The second part of the AIEEE exam will be held from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm on 1st May 2011. 


CBSE chairman Vineet Joshi told the media that those candidates who are also appearing for the equally prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) examination for MBBS admission will be permitted to appear for the AIEEE on May 8th 2011. The May 8th exam will be held at the same examination centre and the same admit card will be valid for AIEEE 2011 on 8th May. The exam centers which are holding both the AIEEE as well as AFMC exams on 1st May can also choose to hold the AIEEE exam on May 8, 2011 at 9.30 am. With the latest developments, the AFMC exam has also been postponed to 4.30 pm from 2-30 PM. There seems to be a Bihar and Kanpur link has been there for the leak of AIEEE 2011 question paper. About 12 lakh students will be appearing for for AIEEE 2011 across the country at over 1,600 centres in more than 80 cities. 


It is the first time that the AIEEE is being held in the online mode across the country. It is observed that about one lakh candidates from 20 cities will be taking the examination online. Admission to thousands of engineering seats in 30 National Institutes of Technology and about 150 engineering colleges throughout the country will be through AIEEE exam.
