B.Ed Admission (Distance Mode)
Candidates qualified in the B.Ed (distance mode) entrance test are
advised to attend the centralized spot admissions counseling for
admission into B.Ed (distance mode) in following colleges
Malla Reddy College of Education, Quthbullapur, RR District
NSR College of Education, Jambagh, Hyderabad
Islamia College of Education, Siddipet, Medak Dist
Gokul College of Education, Nalgonda
Government College of Teacher Education, Mahabubnagar
The admissions shall be made on the basis of rank obtained in the
entrance test for 100 seats in each college. The percentage of
admissions into the five methodologies are as follows.
Mathematics (MS) 25%; Physical Sciences (PS) 10%; Biological Sciences
( BS) 20%; Social Studies (SS) 35%; English 10%
The detailed counselling schedule along with ranks called for
counselling is given below
Venue: Office of the Directorate of Admissions (New Building), Near
PGRR Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus,
Hyderabad-500007
Date of counseling: 11th March, 2012, Sunday
Fee Particulars: All candidates including BC/SC/ST Rs 21,000/-
The total fee must be paid immediately on the day of counselling
Fee should be paid by demand draft in favour of the Director,
Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University, payable at Hyderabad
Arrangements are being made at the venue for obtaining demand draft
for the required fee
The second and final phase of counselling for left over vacancies, if
any plus the vacancies that may arise due to possible conversions will
be conducted on 18th March, 2012 at the same venue at 9.30 a.m.
No separate intimations will be sent regarding this
Candidates are required to bring the following original certificates

Post-graduate Diploma in Science Education-2012

Applications are invited from Teachers with B.Sc/M.Sc with or without
B.Ed as well as from individuals who have B.Sc/M.Sc qualification and
interested in science education

In special cases, teachers working in the vicinity of Bangalore may be
allowed to the PGDSE programme and in such cases, the course duration
will be four semesters with a stipend of Rs 6,000/- per month

Osmania University, Hyderabad has announced annual examination schedule for BA, B.Com., B.Sc. courses for the year 2012. The schedule is for regular degree candidates only. All the candidates who are pursuing the regular and vocational courses such as B.A, B.A (Vocational), B.A (OUS), B.A (CDE), B.S.W, B.Com.(General), B.Com.(Computers), B.Com.(Honours), B.Com. (Vocational), B.Com (OUS), B.Com (CDE), B.Sc., B.Sc. Vocational) course of I,II, and III years and enrolled during the academic year 2011–2012 have to register for the Annual Examinations to be conducted in March and April 2012. Candidates have to submit the applications at their respective colleges. Following is the schedule for the examinations:

1) Last date for the payment of examination fee without late fee: 22-12-2011.
2) Last date for payment of examination fee with a late fee of Rs. 100: 29-12-2011
