Nagarjuna University Distance Education Admissions 2011
Centre for Distance Education, Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur issued admission notification for various Graduate, Post Graduate, Professional, Diploma, PG Diploma and Certificate Courses for the calender year 2011. The ANU also announced notification for Eligibility Test for Direct admission to Degree Courses without any formal educational qualifications. ANU also offers MBA and MCA along with Hospital Administration in the professional courses category. Following are details of the courses, eligibility and application procedure:
Admission through Entrance Test:
1. Degree Entrance: Applicants do not require any formal education and they should have completed 18 years of age as on January 2011. Courses offered are BA, B.COm, B.Sc., BHM, BBM. Entrance Test will be conducted in ANU study centers mentioned on the website www.anucde.com . Cost of applications is Rs. 150 (Rs. 250 through Post / internet). Last date for receipt of filled in forms is 28th March 2011. Entrance date is 24th April 2011.
2. MBA (2 Years) / MCA Entrance Test: For MCA, candidates should have any Bachelors Degree except BFA / BOL with maths as a suject at Degree / Intermediate level along with ICET rank OR should pass in Entrance Test of CDE, ANU. For MBA, Candidates should have passed in any Degree except BFA/ BOL with maths as one of the subject at Degree / Intermediate / 10th class level with minimum 2 years experience and a Rank in ICET / pass in entrance test of CDE, ANU.
Cost of application is Rs. 500 by hand and Rs. 550 by post / internet. Last date for submission of application forms is 28th March 2011. Date of Entrance is 24th April 2011.
3. UG Courses: B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., BBM, B.H.M.
4. PG Courses: M.Sc. Botany/ Physics/ Microbiology/ Statistics/ Zoology/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Psychology
5. MA: English/ Telugu/ History/ Economics/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Journalism and Mass Communication / Hindi;
6. M.Com/ MHRM
