IIT JAM 2011 Notification - M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degrees

IITs, which are known for Engineering courses are also offering high quality Post Graduate, Dual Degree and Research Progerammes. IITs admit students to M.Sc., M.Sc.- Ph.D. Dual Degree and Ph.D> Programmes through Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. - JAM 2011 to be conducted across the country on 8th May 2011. All hte programmes are designed to provide excellent skills and opportunities in various fields and discipines. JAM 2011 Notification has been announced and candidates can apply online or offline. Old/ Previous papers also available on IIT JAM website. Following are the courses offered in various IITs and application and Examination structure.

2. Biotechnology: M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree in Biotechnology / M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering

3. Geology: M.Sc. Applied Geology / Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. Programme in Geology / M.Tech. in Geological Technology , M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree in Applied Geology

Eligibility Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in concerned subject/ discipline is the common educational qualification for all the courses. IITs follow their own eligibility apart from JAM and there are different eligibility requirements for various programmes. 2. Commencement of Online application submission: 22nd December 2010
3. Last date for receipt of JAM 2011 applications at IIT Roorkee, Roorkee-247 667: 31st January , 2011
4. JAM 2011 Exam date: 8th May 2011.
