Total no. of Posts:- 430 Posts

Age Limit:- 21 to 40 posts

Qualification:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or dairy technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Science or Bio – Chemistry or Microbiology or Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry or Degree in medicine from a recognized University, or any other Equivalent / recognized Qualification notified by the central Government.

Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC communities (Only U.P Domicile).

Application Fee:- After filling in the Candidates ‘Registration’ format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his/her category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except E- Challan/I-collect. The above fee, for Preliminary Examination according to the category, is as under:

• Unreserved (General):- Rs.115/-
• Other Backward Class:- Rs. 115/-
• Scheduled Caste:- Rs. 55/
• Scheduled Tribe:- Rs. 55/
• Handicapped:- Rs. 15/-

How to apply:- Candidates have to submit their Applications online in the prescribed format, through the official website of UPPSC, uppsc.up.nic.in on or befire 14^th July 2914 to 16^th August 2014.
